Retired dentist. Born in Alhambra, Calif., to Newell Keith and Jean Annette Watters Bowman. Married Teresa Ashman, five children. A temple worker, Sister Bowman is a former ward Young Women president and counselor, Relief Society enrichment leader and teacher. Born in Fort Sill, Okla., to James Duane and Alice Lamon Melville Ashman.
